A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be held without a retainer. The remaining balance is due before the event date.
Payment
Payments can be made through the invoice system provided upon booking. If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, the photographer reserves the right to cancel services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable as they reserve your date exclusively. If a session or event must be rescheduled, clients must notify the photographer as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be accommodated depending on availability.
Turnaround Time
Final edited galleries are typically delivered within 4–8 weeks for weddings and 2–3 weeks for portrait sessions, unless otherwise specified. Delivery timelines may vary depending on season and workload.
Image Selection & Editing
All final images are carefully selected and professionally edited in the photographer’s artistic style. RAW/unedited files are not delivered. Clients acknowledge that they are booking based on the photographer’s portfolio and editing style.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding locations, timelines, and any necessary permissions. The photographer is not responsible for missed images due to incomplete information, restrictions, or delays.
Usage Rights
Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share their images. Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the photographer.
Photographer Rights
The photographer retains full copyright of all images. The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, or equipment failure, the photographer will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement photographer or reschedule the session. If coverage cannot be provided, liability is limited to the return of all payments received.
